Villa La Vigna è una villa di fine ottocento in località Pollara, elegante e ricercata per le sue caratteristiche di quiete, circondata da fiori ed alberi si trova a circa 5 Km dal principale centro dell'Isola: Malfa.
Alle pendici dell'antico vulcano di Pollara, a duecento metri sul livello del mare, ai margini della Riserva naturale del "Monte Porri" la Villa, ventilata d'estate dalle brezze marine, usufruisce di un piacevole microclima.
Il mare ed il paesino di Pollara, i ristoranti, il piccolo bar e la fermata dell'autobus si trovano a circa 300 metri di distanza. Una strada rotabile permette un accesso diretto per auto e scooter. E' previsto un parcheggio privato.
Caratterizzata da grandi ambienti ben arredati, fresca e panoramicissima con vista su Filicudi e Alicudi, offre comodi e raffinati spazi esterni ed interni.
All'interno troviamo 2 grandi camere da letto (ogniuna con proprio bagno) che aprono sulla confortevole terrazza.
La cucina/soggirono in muratura , tipica eoliana, con forno elettrico e frigo con surgelatore;
soggiorno molto ampio con divano/letto matrimoniale dal quale si accede al terzo bagno della casa.
Uno dei terrazzi è attrezzato di cucina (piano cottura, lavastoviglie, frigo e forno a legna), piscina, doccia esterna, lettini ed amache.
Villa La Vigna is a nineteenth century villa located in the village of Pollara; elegant and refined for its quiet is surrounded by flowers and trees.
The villa is located about 5 km from the main center of the island: Malfa.
On the slopes of the ancient volcano of Pollara, two hundred meters above sea level, on the edge of the Natural Reserve of the "Monte Porri" Villa La Vigna is ventilated in summer by sea breezes, enjoys a pleasant microclimate.
The sea and the village of Pollara, the restaurants, the small bar and a bus stop are about 300 meters away. A carriage road allows direct access for cars and scooters. There is a private parking.
Characterized by large, well-appointed spaces, the house is cool and panoramic with a view of Filicudi and Alicudi; Offering comfortable and refined exterior and interior spaces.
Inside there are two large bedrooms (each with bathroom) that open on the comfortable terrace.
The kitchen / living room, typical Aeolian is with electric oven and fridge with freezer;
very large living room with sofa / double bed from which you access the third bathroom of the house.
One of the terraces is equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a wood stove), swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun beds and hammocks.

Le prenotazioni sono ritenute valide solo alla ricezione del CONTRATTO DI LOCAZIONE (il quale sarà inviato dall'agenzia in allegato alla mail di prenotazione) accompagnato dalla copia del bonifico bancario relativo all’acconto del 30% della somma totale di locazione. Il versamento dell’intero importo di locazione dovrà essere versato entro i 30 giorni precedenti all’arrivo, ma nei casi in cui è stato concesso al cliente di effettuare il saldo in loco, la consegna delle chiavi avverrà solo al seguito del versamento del saldo dell’importo di locazione + le varie somme extra dovute (pulizia, aria condizionata...) |

Options normally expire at 5pm on the day after they were placed, but we are able to prolong them in some circumstances. Payment The payment is made by bank transfer.The reservations is considered valid only after the receiption of the RENT CONTRACT (which will be sent by the agency attached to the email booking) accompanied by a copy of the bank transfer to the advance of 30% of the total amount of the lease. The deposit of the total rent sum mus reach us by the 30 days before the arrival, but in case of special permission to the Customer to pay in loco, the delivery of the keys will happen only after the payment of the balance + all the due extra expenses (cleaning, air conditioning ...) |
