La Villetta Levante A è un comodo bilocale al piano terra con accesso indipendente. Si trova a 500 mt circa dal centro del paese ed a circa 900 mt dalla spiaggia denominata Punta Scario. La villetta si raggiunge attaverso un viottolo sterrato che dalla strada comunale si stacca per circa 200 metri. Ha accesso dal terrazzo tipicamente eoliano attrezzato con moili da esterno dal quale si gode un meraviglioso panorama sul mare e sulle isole di Panarea e Stromboli.
Ha entrata dal terrazzo tipicamente eoliano attrezzato per godersi il meraviglioso panorama in tutta tranquillità ammmirando la verde costa di Malfa e le isole di Panarea e Stromboli.
E' composta all'interno da un soggiorno-cucina con porta d'accesso indipendente dal terrazzo, divano letto matrimoniale., tv- satellitare, aria condizionata. L'angolo cottura è attrezzato di tutto, ed ha il forno.
Questo ambiente è servito da bagno con antibagno completo di tutti i sanitari, box doccia ed areatore.
Camera con letto matrimoniale, sempre con accesso indipendente dal terrazzo, aria condizionata e piccolo ripostiglio.
La camera è servita da un secondo bagno completo, con doccia in muratura e piccola finestra.
L'ampio terrazzo coperto è attrezzato di tavolo e sedie ed ha una magnifica vista sul mare. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, c'è anche il posto auto.
La casa Levante A fa parte di un gruppo di villette, tutte in stile eoliano ed adiacenti tra loro:

The House Levante A is a comfortable two rooms apartment on the ground floor with independent access. 
The villa is located in approximately 500 meters from the town center of Malfa and about 900 mt from the small street leading to the beach of Punta Scario. The villa is reached via a small road which is about 200 meters from the main road. 
The house has access from the tipical Aeolian terrace, equipped with outdoor forniture to enjoy the wonderful landscape of the sea and the islands of Panarea and Stromboli.
Inside, is composed of:
Living- room with double sofa-bed, satellite tv, air conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped for everything, and there is also the electric oven.
A bedroom, with matrimonial bed, have access from the terrace and from the living room; 
There are two bathroom full equipped and with shower and window.
The terrace is adjacent to the house of Ponente A, but separate from by a staircase which leads to the upper floor. 
The houses are newly built and are tastefully decorated. The area is quiet and there is the parking area.
The house Ponente B is part of a group of villas, all Aeolian style and adjacent to each other:
Levante B (2 bed places ) - Ponente B (3 bed places ) - Levante A (4 bed places ) - Ponente A ( 4/5 bed places ).

Pagamento
Il pagamento avviene con BONIFICO BANCARIO. Le prenotazioni sono ritenute valide solo alla ricezione del CONTRATTO DI LOCAZIONE (il quale sarà inviato dall'agenzia in allegato alla mail di prenotazione) accompagnato dalla copia del bonifico bancario relativo all’acconto del 30% della somma totale di locazione.
Il versamento dell’intero importo di locazione dovrà essere versato entro i 30 giorni precedenti all’arrivo, ma nei casi in cui è stato concesso al cliente di effettuare il saldo in loco, la consegna delle chiavi avverrà solo al seguito del versamento del saldo dell’importo di locazione + le varie somme extra dovute (pulizia, aria condizionata...)

Payment
The payment is made by bank transfer.The reservations is considered valid only after the receiption of the RENT CONTRACT (which will be sent by the agency attached to the email booking) accompanied by a copy of the bank transfer to the advance of 30% of the total amount of the lease.
The deposit of the total rent sum mus reach us by the 30 days before the arrival, but in case of special permission to the Customer to pay in loco, the delivery of the keys will happen only after the payment of the balance + all the due extra expenses (cleaning, air conditioning ...)
